Starting Salaries £12,300 rising after 13 weeks
OTE 37 - 42 hr week, Mon-Fri day-shift

On-going opportunities exist within our clients Multilingual Customer Care Centre in Greenock which provides support for both Customers and Business Partners in all European languages.

The positions present an outstanding opportunity to build on current skills and develop a career in a dynamic cosmopolitan culture.

We require applications from candidates who are fluent (written and spoken) in Dutch as well as English. Applicants will have Microsoft Office skills plus a basic knowledge of purchasing principles, SAP or some exposure in accounts, order entry or administration environment would be desirable though not essential.

Previous experience of working with customers or in a Contact Centre would be a distinct advantage as well as demonstrates communication and listening skills backed with a confident, professional telephone manner.
