SSEOMS is Bloomberg's Sell Side Equity Order Management System. A global platform providing broker dealers seamless integration of orders and execution of equities via an exchange membership or direct market access to Bloomberg's network of global brokers. We are currently seeking candidates to join our growing trade support desk. The main responsibilities of this role will be to answer client questions about the SSEOMS product.

Responsibilities:

-Responding to incoming live client queries
-Troubleshooting time sensitive client issues
-Frequent interaction with team peers, Account Management, Sales, Business,
Programming and Incident Management teams

Qualifications

Experience in sell-side Equity markets
Previous knowledge of OMS or other electronic trading systems
A self-starter, proactive team player with strong multi-tasking skills
Attention to detail with proactive problem solving skills
Knowledge of connectivity in the equity markets (FIX Protocol)
Fluency in a European language would be an advantage
