Job description
We are looking for a PA to our Director of Tax. The role would encompass full PA duties including working closely with the Director of Tax and other fee earners, liaising with clients both personally and over the phone, typing of correspondence, both copy typing and digital dictation, along with composing own correspondence when necessary, dealing with the billing procedure and producing invoices for clients, arranging meetings, and filing of all correspondence. We are looking for someone who may have a finance background, who will take an interest in the tax work and be willing to learn and take on extra tasks.
Requirements
Fluent in one or more of the following languages: Norwegian/ Finnish/ Swedish/ Danish.
Preferably with experience in similar position and financial background.
Able to work on own initiative, Computer literate, Fast and accurate typing skills, Numerate.
