Degree educated or equivalent. Liaising with Manager throughout Europe in relation to all their recruitment needs. You will be responsible for all front end recruitment admin. Screening a high volume of CV’s. Conducting all pre-campaign teleconferences alongside Recruiters, Consultants, Line Manager and HR Managers to gain screening criteria. Posting jobs onto websites. Liaising heavily with the recruiters for the above skill pools. Ensuring recruitment SLA’s are adhered to. Ideal candidates will possess either Recruitment/Resourcing or Customer Services experience with a very busy demanding environment.
