Our client, enabled by a creative management team plus substantial investment in people and technology, has been responsible for leading the global market innovation in cutting edge product/outsourced service offerings to the worlds largest and most innovative corporations, IP attorneys and law firms.
Reporting to the VP Sales, the Regional Account Manager will be responsible for revenue generation against given targets through core IP services to include Patent & Trademark renewals, Data verification, Trademark searching, Title updates and IP Outsourcing. The Regional Account Manager will also take responsibility for the establishment, maintenance and development of both new and existing accounts and will be at the forefront of any new product innovation. Regional responsibility will be allocated according to skill set and experience with the target market and existing network comprising large corporate, agent and legal clients each with subtly different solutions needs and service expectations.
You will have a proven track record of selling complex b2b business solutions preferably in financial systems, ERP, database/information/content management or similar with exposure to a consultative methodology. Previous knowledge of intellectual property would be advantageous. Educated to at least degree standard (or equivalent), ideally fluent in at least one other European language you are an ambitious performance driven sales professional, pragmatic, innovative, comfortable operating and travelling in an international environment. You also possess the communications skills, intellect and attitude necessary to succeed in this highly challenging and ever growing professional services marketplace.
