Job description
You will take ownership of the end-to-end management of projects relating to the preparation, administration, negotiation and completion of NDAs/LOI/ Amendments/Contracts associated with the provision of company’s products and services. You will be required to ensure adherence to defined contract procedures and to develop strong working relationships with both key stakeholders in the U.S. and Europe and with prospects/clients. Depending on performance and ability, there is potential for transition into a lawyer trainee role.
Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to relationship building and excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise a busy workload and progress several lines of work at the same time, are essential. You should be a motivated self-starter with a working knowledge of contract law and principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education & Experience
Essential
- Educated to Degree Level.
Desirable
- Law Degree.
- Industry Experience.
- Experience working with Clients.
- Experience dealing with European/US cultural diversity.
- Previous experience of managing across teams/processes.
- Visa Certificate in Bankcard Management.
Skills
Essential
- Strong communication skills - written and spoken.
- Proactive approach to Relationship building.
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise a busy workload and progress several lines of work at the same time.
- Proven self-starter and motivated.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office. Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes/Email.

- Strong Team management background in matrix environment.
- Relationship building skills within a variety of management positions.
Knowledge
Essential
- Working knowledge of contract law and principles.
Desirable
- Basic understanding of Six Sigma or Other Quality program management skills eg LEAN, ISO 9000.
