Job description
You will be accountable for the performance of colleagues at the company’s Managed Services (TMS) and serve as the primary client interface for day-to-day communications and commitments relating to the delivery of managed services solutions. You will ensure that operational delivery is appropriate, timely and accurate. Acting on a consultative basis, you will provide insights into TMS’ capabilities that will help the client achieve its objectives and make recommendations to the account team regarding possible improvements to processing systems that would improve customers’ experiences.

You should have experience of the Credit Card Services industry, Contact Centre and Account Management. Matrix management, working with clients and experience of managing across teams/processes are also essential. The ability to be flexible in an environment of constant change is essential, and you should have effective negotiation and time management skills, a strong orientation to measuring performance using defined financial/performance metrics, and knowledge of contract administration processes. Proficiency in Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is also required along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Requirements
Skills/Experience

Essential

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Credit Card Services Industry Experience.
- Previous experience of working with Clients.
- Previous experience of managing across teams/processes.
- Strong Contact Centre and Account Management experience.

Desirable

- Project Management training or certification.

Skills

Essential

- Experienced in matrix management.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible in an environment of constant change.
- Proficiency with various software applications programmes including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and matrix organisation.
- Effective negotiation skills, including the ability to persuade clients to see from our company’s perspective.
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise a busy workload and progress several lines of work at the same time.
- Proven, motivated, self starter and able to work independently or in a group as tasks required.
- Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Strong orientation to measuring performance using defined financial/performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of contract administration processes.
- Ability to travel to multiple client sites.

Desirable

- Experienced in Financial Service and Credit Cards.
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting processes.
- Basic understanding of Six Sigma or other Quality program management skills eg LEAN, ISO 9000.
