My client is an industry leading solution development company. They are currently looking for a Bilingual IT Support Analyst to support, maintain and improve their internal infrastructure. You will be required to support users via telephone, email and in person across several sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience of Windows Server 2000 & 2003. A very good understanding of Windows XP troubleshooting, support, setup and administration, Exchange 2003 & 2007, Good knowledge of Active Directory, Hardware Laptops and Desktop builds, configuration (IBM and Dell), good knowledge of Network technologies TCP/IP, DHCP, LAN, WAN & VPN, understanding of network hardware such as switches, patch panels & printers. Ideally the candidate will be Bilingual and speak French as well as English, although this is not a prerequisite of the job

The role is based in West London and paying 25-30k
