Intuition IT Solutions was established in 2006 to provide a professional recruitment service focused on smaller Specialist niche technologies; and since our inception we have built up an excellent network of skilled Candidates and an impressive European Client Base.

At this stage we have an opening for a Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. After an initial training period you will quickly be given responsibility for speaking with Candidates and discussing live positions, as you progress you will be given the opportunity to select which technical market you would like to focus on and you will be given a Mentor to support you through this process.

Progression is very much based on merit and while we will give you all the tools and support to become successful it will require a lot of hard work on your part to make this happen. Working within specialist markets to build your network of contacts, often head-hunting individuals from clients and working in a Fast Paced International Sales Environment.

As a relatively new Specialist Firm we are ambitious in our aspirations for the Business and we are looking for motivated individuals who can become Leaders within their Specialist Markets and follow through to become a Leader and Partner within the Company.

Attributes, we are looking for:
Sales or Recruitment experience and a Strong Work Ethic.
A driven individual with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Any European Language skills are a plus, but strong fluency in German would be a MAJOR bonus.
