Based near St Neots, Cambridgeshire, you will be working for an international company working in a multilingual team of 30 you will be receiving incoming calls from customers,processing orders, dealing with queries and promoting the company a 3 exhibitions a year. To do this you will need to be fluent in German and English with at least 6 months office based customer service experience, IT literate (able to do Excel spreadsheets)be a real team player with excellent communication skills and a real team player!
