The Role
The candidate wil be responsible for the planning and execution of CRM strategies to the Danish, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian region. The role will have responsibility for delivering the fiscal performance targets of the Games Portfolio to ensure growth in profitability.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager for Ladbrokes Nordic, the Marketing Executive will be the liaison between the product team, country managers, project managers, operational managers and the other relevant teams and responsible for delivering the KPI targets for this area of the business.
Performance will be measured against the general Games and Bingo business performance but specifically against the KPI’s for actives customers, churn rates and yield.
Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
CRM:
Manage the fulfilment of the online email communications – objective to improve retention and re-activation by working with Product team to develop strategies aimed at increasing customer activity, frequency of visits to the site and lifetime value.
Own areas of the customer lifecycle and continually work at improving the communications of these areas.
Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure all customer communications are delivered within budget and on time. Work with the key stakeholders to identify customer segments and define the communication strategy for those segments to generate increased customer value.
Ownership on key CRM projects and manage all aspects from concept to implementation and the interpretation of the results against KPI’s
Choose and manage agencies suitable to execute customer communication strategies through multiple communication channels.
Acquisition
Manage cross-sell strategy from other Ladbrokes products to Ladbrokes Games & Bingo.
Assist the country managers and affiliate managers with online marketing activity and plan and execute promotional offers including welcome bonus, member-to-member activity, loyalty programs and other in-play promotions.
Increase customer recruitment and build brand awareness through search engine optimisation, affiliates and assist in creating online banners.
Planning and Budgeting:
Plan and manage the CRM budget, including freebets, to ensure financial targets are met
Candidate Requirements
Essential Competencies:
Candidate must be very result driven combined with a clear focus on managing the detail
You will thrive on being accountable and taking accountability for projects
A self-starter with excellent communication skills who likes to work independently, as well be able to take instruction and work as part of a team.
The candidate must be fluent in both English and one of the Scandinavian languages, with satisfactory communication skills in the other Scandinavian languages.
Have an enthusiastic and positive approach and enjoy interacting with others in order to achieve your goals.
The person should have a higher education preferably within Business-to-Customer marketing or equivalent experience.
Good computer knowledge and highly skilled in Microsoft Office.
Desirable Competencies:
Demonstrable experience of working in marketing roles across a range of marketing functions
Have a proved track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
Relevant experience in a sports or betting environment would be a distinct advantage.
