Job Description
The candidate will be carrying out research on retail banking websites (and via the telephone) around online current account applications (i.e. how many stages, what details are required, how does the bank verify and identify the new customer, etc.).
The ideal candidate will:
Be fluent in Turkish or Danish
Have retail banking experience
Have some research experience (online and / or telephone)
Be very comfortable with the internet
Preferably have intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills
