Job Description
Proudfoot Consulting, a global management consultancy firm seeks two Marketing Managers dedicated to its French and German market respectively to build awareness for the company and support lead generation efforts.
Working as a part of the European Marketing Communications team, he/she will report to the European Head of Marketing.
Primary activities are the development and implementation of research-based on and offline marketing campaigns incorporating direct mail, targeting Senior Directors in global 1,000 companies, publications (magazines, brochures) and manage press relations and events.
The candidate must be perfectly fluent in French or German and have deep knowledge of his/her respective market and culture. Knowledge of the consultancy sector is recommended.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and deliver campaigns according to the Marketing Calendar, on time and to budget
Research and develop compelling direct mail content, newsletters, brochures, ensuring all material is compliant
Implement research-driven direct marketing campaigns from A-Z, to include database management, landing pages, micro-sites & customer behaviour tracking
Develop relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders in Sales to ensure that campaigns meet key lead generation and business requirements
Continually review campaigns at each stage to ensure they are on in time, on budget and that learnings are implemented within the team to improve future campaigns
Manage relationships with external suppliers.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and ensure marketing expenditure is maximised to assist the business
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level, ideally with a marketing-related degree/qualifications
Experience in B2B direct marketing, either working in business or agency settings
Experience in online and offline lead generation in a multi-lingual/multi-cultural environment
Excellent written communication skills
Proven organizational and time management skills
Able to work effectively both autonomously and within a team
Computer and internet literate with PowerPoint and online design software skills
Able to work with a database
Willingness to travel
Compensation: £30,000 - £37,500 + benefits + bonus.
