Role
Helpdesk Analyst with French
Our client is looking for a French speaking Helpdesk Analyst to provide day to day support for Channels and Distributor Sales Help Desk applications, 1st and 2nd level analysis for multiple applications as well as assist in the creation and maintenance of FAQs for applications and populate the Knowledge Management database with three to five solutions per week.
The French-speaking Helpdesk Analyst also needs to stay current on latest technical innovations in the industry, specifically as it applies to MS Windows and related layered products.

Profile
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
· Team player winning spirit and attitude
· Experience working in a Help Desk environment
· Demonstrated leadership skills and projects lead
· Business system analysis skills
· Third or second level support of a business applications
· Experience with Sales force support
· High level of customer service
· Some programming and application development experience
· NT Server, Windows 2000 literate
· Proficient on IBM PCs
· Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiencies
· Ability to design and create Excel statistical metric charts
