The Role Requires:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Technical competence and trouble shooting skills
• Experience in a service orientated and team environment
• The ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervision and management of technical staff
• Monitor, develop and support 1st and 2nd level team members
• Dealing with technical enquiries and escalations from all staff levels
• Assist and review new potential employees


Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, various shift times.
