Due to ongoing success they urgently require a Technical Support Supervisor with fluent Spanish Language skills for an expanding and successful support team. The Role:
You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 1st and 2nd level support professionals, given them technical consulting, mentoring, coaching and support. You will also monitor their performance, ensure that workload is evenly distributed and provide input in their Performance review.
Candidate Profile:
You will have proven experience in an IT support role at a supervisor level, with excellent knowledge of UNIX or Linux OS as well as being fluent in Spanish and English. You will demonstrate technical competence above average, be able to communicate technical facts in a comprehensible way and have a positive and “can-do” attitude.
