Job Description
Leisure and Gaming plc (www.lngplc.com) is looking for a fluent Italian Customer Service Consultant. The successful candidate has a good Customer Service Experience and a good knowledge of sport and betting. The Customer Service Department provides on-line support to its clients on a 7 days a week, therefore this role will require you to work shifts 9am – 5:30pm and 11am – 19:30pm on rota basis through out the week. (A working week is considered Monday to Sunday).
The candidate must be willing to relocate (after 6/8 months) to Malta where the Company is going to move the Customer Service Department.
Skills and responsibilities
- Handling customer requests either by telephone, e-mail or live chat
- Assisting customers on how to use the company products/services
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and good knowledge of English
- Excellent PC skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Knowledge of sport and betting is preferred
