This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual candidate with ambition and initiative to join a fast paced, rapidly expanding online games company based in Cambridge and help us achieve our ambitious goals for 2008 and beyond.

Working within our growing Translation Department, you will be responsible for testing updates across a number of products and ensuring accurate translation of game content into Brazilian Portuguese. In addition to this you will be involved in the project lifecycle, where your input will help shape and influence each game’s development.

We are looking for motivated and passionate gamers with excellent translation skills, who have a professional, methodical and artistic approach to their work. Key duties include:
* Testing and error reporting on the Brazilian Portuguese translation
* Tracking and fixing bugs in post release
* Supporting the translation team when necessary

Requirements:
* Outstanding Portuguese and English language skills
* An interest in computer games or RPGs
* A keen eye for detail and ability to juggle priorities at short notice
* Excellent knowledge of computer systems, with strong technical understanding

Also useful:
* A degree/qualification in translation or a related area
* Previous computer games testing or localisation testing experience
* Knowledge of bug tracking software

Salary: £19 - £24K (flexible, depending on experience), plus excellent benefits including, annual bonus, profit share, private health care, gym membership and other excellent benefits.

Location: Cambridge. Candidates must be able to work in Cambridge or willing to re-locate.
