Can you speak French, Dutch, Spanish, German or Italian?

We are looking to recruit customer service advisors who can speak one or more of the above languages to join an already successful team in Chadderton.

Hours of work will be between the hours of 7am and 9pm on a 36 hour week, availability to work one day per weekend would be beneficial; 12 hour shifts over 4 days are also available.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Ideally you will possess:
Proven customer service skills, both written and verbal
Excellent communication skills
PC literate, including internet and email
Experience in order tracking
Client liaison and high volume call experience.

This role is on a temporary to permanent basis.
