Company: Our client is a leading online financial services, insurance and banking media provider that is the most dominant player in their industry. They have developed an online service solution for their clients that allows them to reduce costs and increase access to markets when offering their services. They have successfully grown their UK, US and German markets and are now looking to expand their French and Dutch operations from their UK head office in London.

Role: A new position has opened in their Client services team. The role is for a Dutch/Flemish with French speaker. In this role you will interact with various client paerties by phone, email and live chat sessions. You are responsible for updating the website contect, providing stats to both internal and external parties. Furthermore you are in charge of updating internal manuals as well updating the client database. One of the most exciting part of this role is that you are involved of training clients. This could be both by phone/email as well as with the client onsite.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess at least 12 months business to business customer service experience. You will speak Dutch or Flemish and French to native level, with fluent English. Furthermore you are competent training/spreaking to groups and willing to travel.
