The Role
The purpose of the role is to develop and grow Ladbrokes eGaming business and revenues within Eastern Europe. The role will take full responsibility for ensuring Ladbrokes have a competitive and up to date product to develop and grow in multiple Eastern European territories. You will also be required to propose investment levels and manage marketing budgets to deliver strong ROI and meet business required NGR targets.
Dimensions / Scope & Scale:
Working within the International Team, you will manage and co-ordinate local marketing partners where applicable and link into relevant internal teams at Ladbrokes HO, including: Sportsbook, Casino, Games & Poker product teams, Affiliates & SEO team, the CRM team & Systems and web development teams.
Will be Innovative and Self Motivated. Able to work independently away from Ladbrokes HO office if required to grow Ladbrokes business in new territories

Position Description
Main Responsibilites:
Initially the role will be focused on launching and developing Ladbrokes business in Poland by:
Working with New Territories Development Manager to launch Polish business
Create and develop a launch marketing strategy the manage implementation and report ROI
Work with SEO and Affiliates team to ensure structure is in place for strong organic marketing strategy
Manage CRM strategy linking in with product teams and CRM team to
ensure player yield and retention targets are met
Closely monitor competitor activity and developments to ensure Ladbrokes remain competitive within the market place.
In addition to managing and developing the Polish business, the Business Development Manager will assist the New Territories
Development Manager to identify new opportunities within Eastern Europe and prepare a market entry business case.
Once Ladbrokes has developed a localised website for these territories, the Business Development Manager would then assume commercial and development responsibilities for that territory, encompassing.
Regular product review to ensure Ladbrokes’ offering remains focused
Acquisition and retention marketing
Partnership and affiliate management and growth
Candidate Requirements
Experience / Qualifications:
Essential:
Fluent written and verbal skills in English & Polish
Strong knowledge of Polish market and culture
Developed understanding of other Eastern European territories and culture
Strong knowledge of Sports, Sports Betting and Gaming
Experience of marketing and understanding digital and offline media buy ? strategies
Excellent written skills – proven ability to write and edit copy for customer marketing communications
Experience of managing budgets and developing business strategy. Understanding and reporting KPI’s
Desirable:
Experience of managing agencies and marketing partners
Good personal skills, able to develop positive internal and external relationships
Additional language skills, preferable to have third language within Eastern Europe
