Prestigious international organisation involved in the export of quality products, has an exciting opportunity at their offices in South West Birmingham for an experienced export sales admin professional. You will be the primary contact for your designated clientele ensuring that their account is handled smoothly. Supporting the General Manager, Sales and Project Managers and Agents, you will provide administrative assistance and management of technical/costing enquiries, liaise with internal departments, produce quotes and cost sheets, monitor margins and agents commissions, ensure MEA Letters of Credit handling procedure is correct, and monitor logistics to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, ideally with Arabic, Spanish or French, with at least two years experience in handling Letters of Credit (ideally for the Middle East), be sales orientated, be technical aware and have excellent communication and pc skills. Salary c£23,000 plus excellent benefits and generous holidays.
