Job Description: French / English Speaking Sales Consultant

Summary:

Responsibilities:
To proactively contact leads and prospects to qualify and pass to appropriate sales person. This is to be done in a mutually co-operative way with the existing Area Sales Managers

• To acquire and maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure customer confidence and to enable easy identification of sales opportunities.
• To telephone enquirers and prospects regularly.
• To promote IHS products and services wherever possible and to identify sales opportunities.
• To liaise with sales managers to ensure continuity of IHS service.
• To maintain accurate records for statistical, sales and marketing purposes

Job Requirements
• Fluent in English and French
• Good overall education, preferably degree level calibre (degree not essential)
• PC literate, with keyboard skills
• Familiar with current versions of Windows, Microsoft Office and the Internet.
