Job Title: French and German speaking Client Service Representative
Skills: Fluent French and German, Customer Service experience.
Salary: £20k
Location: Slough, less than 20 minutes west of London.

Your Job Overview:
You will be responsible for taking ownership of non-technical customer & partner inquires and outbound activities, to deliver world class customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will deal with non-technical customer requests with minimal supervision.
Work with minimal supervision to prioritize backlogs; escalate issues according to group procedures.
Act as liaison for the customer, conveying valuable information, assisting in the resolution of issues and enabling clients to provide feedback on solutions.
Provide input into published lists of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
Assist customers with communication by translating from/to English when required.
Acquire job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
