Our client is a well established international company and is currently looking for talented individuals to join their International Customer Service Team based in London.

The role is to provide support services to clients in both the UK and worldwide via the telephone and email. The environment is forward-thinking and fast paced with a culture that prides itself on providing outstanding level of service to clients.

In any normal working day you will be taking calls from China, Nepal, Finland, South Africa, the UK, or from anywhere in the world, and undertaking the necessary steps to turn every customer query to a satisfactory conclusion. This job will require individuals that can think on their feet, that have good problem solving skills, attention to detail and that are willing to go the extra mile in order to help customers with their problems.

Working hours vary from day shifts, night shifts and the odd weekend. However, candidates MUST show flexibility and be able to work in all the different shift patterns.

Your communications skills are essential for this role; your written and spoken English have to be to a native standard. As the company operates globally, a second language in addition to your English will be required. Some of the desired languages are: French, Spanish, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Czech or Turkish.

This is a telephone based role and an excellent telephone manner is required. Candidates with no telephone based experience but with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude will also be considered for the position.

The company offers a starting salary of £19,500 per annum along with an excellent package. The salary is reviewed and increased twice a year depending on individual performance.
