The company is currently looking for Business Development Coordinators with German and fluent in English.

The role involves:

Calling key decision makers in major international companies to set meetings for our company's senior sales executives, manage the sales executive's diary, work in tandem with the sales executive to develop the strategy for the accounts in the portfolio, conduct basic research into named industry segments to be able to make an informed call, prepare summary reports, update and maintain the sales database for the assigned portfolio.

Reporting to the Business Development Coordinators' Supervisor, the candidate should:

* Have a university degree

* Be able to demonstrate his/her business acumen

* Demonstrate proven cold calling experience, ideally in consultancy or a similar service business

* Have a good telephone manner and clear telephone voice

* Be self disciplined

* Be results oriented, tenacious, persuasive, good in building rapports

* Be IT literate (Outlook, Word, Excel) and possess database knowledge

* Be able to do efficient internet research

Compensation: OTE £30,000 + benefits
