Role
Part-Time Customer Service Advisor with Danish (3 days a week)
Working as part of our multi-lingual team based at North West London, the Customer Service Advisor with Danish will play a key role in ensuring the Danish version of the company\'s website and consistently and effectively promoting the products and services to the target markets. The responsibility of the Danish speaking Customer Service advisor will be to ensure the website is kept up-to-date in terms of the promotion of new betting opportunities within the Danish language market.
Profile
· Must speak Danish to native standard
· Applicants will display a keen interest in Sports
· Must be able to use a Windows operating system
· Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills to enable effective working relationships
· Able to work under pressure and make quick and accurate decisions
· Excellent numeric skill with a solid grasp on numbers and odds
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a roster pattern; therefore a flexible approach is necessary.
