Our client is a leading publishing company. They are looking for a Arabic or Russian Speaking Business Development Manager based in their offices in West Sussex.


Role involves

• To develop new business by selling different advertising opportunities for the aligned products, either face to face or on the phone
• To identify and contact a high percentage of potential customers through cold calling
• To identify and plan international business trips to meet potential new customers
• To conduct presentations to an international client base
• To identify and implement new web advertising opportunities
• To keep abreast of market changes to enhance understanding


Role requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
• Proven face to face sales experience is essential, preferably international
• Fluency in Arabic or Russian is essential
• Extremely well organised and able to manage own time
• Self-motivation and drive to achieve targets
• Great negotiation and communication skills
• Good level of IT literacy
• Excellent presentation skills


Salary and additional information

• Basic £30,000, £50,000 OTE
• Group pension plan
• 28 days holiday
• Paid charity days – 2 days per year
• Save as you earn share scheme (SAYE)
