German Speaking Customer Service Assistant

Our client is a fast-growing, international company looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Assistant

Location: Staffordshire

About the role

• You will be reporting to the export manager
• You will assist the Export Manager in the management of European export markets.
• This will involve liaising with Agents, Distributors and Trade customers on a regular basis.
• The largest market is Germany.

Duties

• To process orders using a bespoke system, from entry to product despatch
• To provide quotations and requests for samples and literature
• To liaise with Logistics, and other internal Departments to ensure availability of product and adherence to Terms.
• To provide day-to-day support for the Export Manager and after sales service.
• To carry out translations.

Background

Ideally candidates should possess the following attributes:

• Must be fluent in German and be working in a similar or related environment.
• Have strong administration skills.
• Possess PC skills such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Be a good organiser and communicator.
• Have evidence of providing a high standard of customer service.
• Be able to work with the minimum of Supervision.
• Be willing to be flexible and a team player

£17k-£18k depending on experience plus benefits
