We are looking for a Group Travel Client Account Manager / New Business Executive to trade hotel bedrooms and packages within the exciting leisure and tourism industry, selling to new and existing markets in the UK, Europe and North America.

Responsibilities of the Group Travel Client Account Manager / New Business Executive will include:

• Identifying & generating sales from new and existing markets/clients
• Evaluating hotels in the UK and Europe to our meticulous standards
• Public relations and customer liaison
• Co-ordinating promotional activity
• Preserving/enhancing our brand

Applicants for this position must have:

• At least 2 years’ high performance sales and business development experience
• A first – class customer care ethos
• A smart and professional business manner
• A continuous improvement philosophy
• Astute negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Natural problem solving skills
• High stamina to effectively operate in a fast moving environment
• Strong eye for detail
