Working for a large international organisation based in Basingstoke this role will be working within the European customer service team looking after German or Swedish customers and will involve:
Handling incoming customer enquiries
processing customer orders
Raising credit notes
Organising return of faulty equipment
General administration

Skills / Experience
Must speak fluent German or Swedish
Have previous office experience
Excellent customer service skills
Team focused
Good IT skills
