Swedish/Finnish Analyst

I am currently recruiting for a Finnish and Swedish speaker for one of our client based in Berkshire. I am looking for a bright individual with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. You will work as a part of a team and provide an excellent standard of customer service in local language to regional client base.

Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and accurate information and figures to the Service Manager and Region for management, financial forecasting and improvement.
• Participate fully to balance work schedules through daily load balancing and participation in departmental meetings.
• Communicate regularly with all Service Managers and Sales Lead and more importantly, with the direct team.
• To participate in regular management meetings and to provide management information as and when required and on a timely manner.
• To provide an effective communication link between the customer, the team members and the Service Manager and Sales Lead.
• Liaise with and support other departments and regions whenever required
• Maintain and grow recurring revenues through the provision of services that exceed customers’ expectations, tailoring service focus to individual customer requirements.
• Follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure the ongoing successful provision of each service.
• Ensure any required documentation is maintained according to agreed standards
• Ensure specific Brand service requirements are delivered in accordance with Brand strategies and moving customer demands
• Identify and report all new business opportunities back to the Service Manager and Sales Lead
• Participate and conduct client meetings and some presentations as required.


Salary: £ 20000 + excellent benefits package
