City based, progressive financial organisation is seeking a Japanese speaking, graduate calibre individual to join its technical support team. This is a stepping stone to a challenging career within the FINANCE industry? Are you FLUENT in JAPANESE?

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will have to solve issues in areas including Software, Hardware, Biometric Security, Networking and much more, and provide the global customer base with high levels of customer service.
This position is an exciting role that offers endless opportunities for individuals that are driven, highly motivated, and eager to learn.
On a day to day basis, you will give technical support by telephone and remote link. The environment is team based and the culture is one where knowledge is shared to ensure all team members have the latest information on all ongoing issues.

THE PERSON
You should have outstanding communications skills, excellent listening, problem solving and analytical skills.
In addition, you need to have the ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a concise, clear and focused manner
Experience of working in a helpdesk environment and a general knowledge of IT is desirable
Fluency in Japanese and English
Salary in region of £25K + excellent benefits
