MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
(French, Italian, Spanish)
SALARY £20-23,000 + excellent benefits

THE ROLE
The aim of the department is to provide superior customer service with no wait time. They also provide multi-lingual support to their clients. It is a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to multi task.
DUTIES
* Provide superior customer service to clients on inbound calls
* Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
* Outbound calling to introduce new clients
* Identify and resolve customer issues using company software
REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to provide excellent customer service
* Strong telephone manner
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Team player
* Fluency in English
* Fluency in a foreign language is a plus: Spanish, French, Portuguese, German
* Experience in a call centre is a plus
* Ability to work weekends and holidays (for time off in lieu)
NB. YOU MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO BEGIN THE ROLE IN A TEMP CAPACITY BEFORE BEING MADE PERMANENT!!!
