European language skills are ideal in our multilingual call centre, as you will deal with calls from anywhere in the world – assessing needs, giving advice and organising medical assistance and repatriation where required.
Along with an excellent customer service background, you will need practical experience in a general health, insurance or assistance market, preferably including call centre or telephone-based work.
Fluency in German would be a distinct advantage, but we would also consider other European languages including Italian, Spanish or Portuguese. It’s a role that calls for real empathy, calmness under pressure and a thorough knowledge of our products and services
