Our client, a multinationl company based South of London seeks a Swedish or Danish or Norwegian or Finnish speaking inside sales manager to work as part of a busy dynamic team.

Duties:
To provide sales support and manage relationships with all direct accounts. Business development with existing customers, support Field Sales team, carry out client business reviews, contribute to process and procedure development, and to ensure the company is providing both correct and competitive pricing, while maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To pro-actively manage and develop the business through account management
To manage customer accounts by quoting and negotiating prices, processing orders and estimating and managing deliveries based on knowledge of stock, production and delivery schedules.
To coordinate where necessary with other departments to sort out any customer issues.
To communicate with customers on a frequent and professional basis to secure orders and to provide product information and general customer service and increase the company's market share of each account.
To anticipate and develop plans to reflect future needs of the customer.
To support Field Sales at all times.
To occasionally travel to customer sites and trade shows.

Fluency in Swedish and English (other european languages are a distinct Educated to degree level (preferably in Business or Marketing) or equivalent. Solid work experience and at least one year has to be in Sales. Previous product-related knowledge is desirable.

Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, time management, negotiation and numerical skills are essential.
