This international multi million pound training company is the number one I.T organisation in Europe. Located near oxford circus you will be part of a successful and growing German telesales team which is looking to double in 2008.

You will be managing a vibrant and successful telesales team that is taking the German market by storm. You will manage 4 telesales people by coaching and monitoring there performance against set targets.

Ideally the right candidate will come from a successful German telesales background and has proven success by moving from sales into team leader supervisor or management.
