Job Description
Our client based in Stoke Poges is looking for a Global Customer Care Professional to join their growing team.
Due to the location of this position the successful candidate will need to be a driver as the company is not commutable by public transport.
This role is for a multi lingual customer service reprehensive.
The Global Customer Care Professional will be responsible for taking first-line support calls from customers, partners, subcontractors and engineers.
They will be responsible for entering information into the call management database, monitoring the call status (making outbound calls) and where necessary escalating the call to the next appropriate level of management and support.
•To work in a team environment handling incoming and outgoing calls from European customers and engineers in the required languages
•To manage calls effectively from start to finish, obtaining updates and providing them to the relevant parties involved.
•To administer daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports to internal and external customers using a range of software tools.
•To achieve all allocated administration tasks set daily, weekly and monthly etc, including processes spare part orders for partners
•Follow established escalation procedures to transfer call information to all levels of management and support groups
•Ensure the call management system is up-to-date and accurate at all times
