Inside Sales Account Manager - French Market- Enterprise Accounts.

Background: The ISR will report directly to their Hub Manager Inside Sales Department. They will be principally responsible for
1. Generating new and incremental business and selling products and services via the telephone using both direct and indirect channels (focus on indirect channels).
2. Focus on bringing incremental revenue on small departments or subsidiaries (outside Datacenters) of Multinational group in the Aerospace, Security and Defence industry.
3. Managing a portfolio of subsidiaries in this segment and being able to have a complete knowledge about this portfolio.
Location: Cork, Ireland
Principle Role:
Generating new and incremental business and selling products and services via the telephone using both direct and indirect channels (focus on indirect channels).
Focus on bringing incremental revenue on small departments or subsidiaries (outside Datacenters) of Multinational group in the Aerospace, Security and Defence industry.
Managing a portfolio of subsidiaries in this segment and being able to have a complete knowledge about this portfolio.
Being able to work with Field rep, product specialist, and technical resources autonomously in its own area to bring new incremental business.
To sell the company products and services to new customers from qualified leads provided by the Marketing, Tele-Marketing and Partner Blitz Activity. Primary Role will be to book appointments based on opportunity at prospect site for field sales and/or partners and follow up on the meeting and close business.
Responsibilities:
Ensure sales targets/objectives are achieved and exceeded
Generate and develop new business.
Continuously improve selling and negotiation techniques
Account management of a portfolio of clients and close liaison with the respective outside sales source
Assisting outside sales source wherever possible in securing new business
Will focus on the Company Prospects in Enterprise segment in total alignment with Field
Will generate fully qualified leads from Blitz Campaigns and marketing events (including Tele-Marketing
Measured and Goaled on Revenue generated from Net New Customers
Will focus on 800 to 1000 un-profiled Prospects, existing accounts and subsidiaries in the Vertical defined.
Will be responsible for
Generating Revenue in conjunction with Partners in Net New accounts
Closing the loop on all leads and appointments relating to Prospects
Interfaces:
Hub Manager / Country Manager / District Managers (team leaders)
Customers / Partners/ Field Account Managers
Fellow TEAM ISRs
Telemarketing Agents
Process/MI Team
IT Support Team
Third party organisations e.g. suppliers other technical groups.
Skills Required:
Proven experience with Enterprise, blue chip accounts in a sales and IT environment
Hard worker, not afraid invest himself out of the office hours.
Hungry and want to succeed attitude
French speaker + fluent English speaker
Proven Sales experience more than 2 years
IT/Storage background desirable
Knowledge of Industry preferred but not essential
Excellent People Person
Computer literate
Previous experience in a Telesales Department preferred (experience with managing sales by phone)
Ability to handle constructive feedback
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal at all levels
Can Do / Winner attitude essential.
Ability to work under pressure
