French speaking Customer Service Coordinator
Heathrow
Temp to perm
£22K pa
Responsible for the day to day account management of our business partners within Eastern Europe, France, Austria, Switzerland and Turkey – working on approximately 60 accounts.
THE ROLE:
•Checking order pricing
•Processing orders
•Arranging shipments as per customer\'s request
•Liaising with our buyers/planners for stocked and non-stocked items
•Working with colleagues within the UK, Holland and Ireland
•Daily invoicing / crediting of orders, repairs and returns
•Assisting sales managers with costs and lead times
•Updating the daily back log report
•Dealing with enquiries from the customers, sales, warehouse
•Investigating and resolving any customer issues
•Liaising with credit control on the release of orders
THE CANDIDATE:
•Fluent English and French is essential, written and spoken.
•Strong experience in customer service / account management.
•Excellent communication, organisational, time management, pro-active, negotiation and numerical skills are essential.
