Swedish Customer Services and Support Representative
Up to 18K + 3K Bonus (not guaranteed) + Great benefits
Our client - a leading company based in south London - is in search of a Fluent Swedish speaker with previous Customer Service/Call Centre experience to join a great team of customer service and support representatives.
The role is to respond to incoming calls and handle basic technical issues related to the Internet. You will also be responsible to deal with enquiries related to billing and invoicing and answer questions on current services available to potential and existing clients. You will be mainly dealing with Swedish and English speaking clients.
Essential skills are:
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Microsoft Office skills essential (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of firewalls and proxy servers is a plus
