French speaking Customer Services Team Leader
Permanent
£30k to £33k + bonus + benefits
Surrey / West London
Our client a large multinational company based in Surrey, requires a French speaking Customer Services Team Leader to join their International team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the Customer Services Team Leader is responsible for the leadership and management of the Customer Service team for France, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are given to internal and external customers and Key Performance Indicators are met.
The key responsibilities are:
Effective management of order capture and processing
- Responsible for the compliance with agreed processes and controls
- Accuracy of order entry
- Controlling customer service and stock levels for CMI customers
Price and Promotion File Maintenance
- Responsible for input of new and updated pricing and checking accuracy
- Liaison with Local Country for resolution of price discrepancies
Identify and champion business process improvement
- Optimise automation (EDI and CMI)
- Develop, implement and monitor cross country best practices
Effective management of customer queries (price, goods, and penalties)
- Champion best practices to minimise/avoid customer deductions
- Be the point of contact with the local country to escalate issues for resolution within agreed time frame.
-Liaise with the A/R team
Sarbanes Oxley compliance
Communication with local country
People Management
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
- Experience of Sales Administration/Customer Support including customer order input/processing
- Experience of managing complexity and multiple priorities
- Strong Excel knowledge and experience of SAP
- Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills
- Results focused with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to build strong internal and external customer relationships
- Previous people management/team leading experience would be advantageous
