Start Date: Monday 8th September 2008
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Nordic speaking Customer Advisors to gain excellent experience within a busy and friendly service department located in Kingston.
You will be required to provide Customer Service to all customers in accordance with all established procedures, regulations and standards.
Roles and responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer enquiries and complaints by telephone and email
* Assist customers while adhering to company policies and agreed service levels
* Establish the most appropriate resolution to the customer's problems
* Communicate the resolution successfully
In order to be considered for this position, you must:
* Be able to speak Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian at a high level
* Possess excellent customer service skills
* Be a good listener - able to actively listen to customers
* Be a good communicator - possess effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge or interest in consumer electronics would be desirable
* Previous call centre experience, preferably in a customer service environment
Salary: £7.50 per hour
Department Open Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00am-8:00pm
Required Working Hours: 5 days per week // 7.5 hours per day // 37.5 hours per week
