The Role

The Data Solutions team is seeking a coordinator to manage the implementation and integration processes for clients of Data Solution's products: B-Pipe, Data License, and Server API. The implementation coordinator will manage customer relationships from the time the sales team closes a sale to the completion of the implementation process and the product is in production. Strong project management, communication, and problem solving skills are required for this role. Members of this team develop and execute an implementation plan for each assigned customer and proactively manage issues, coordinate issue resolution, and escalate issues as needed.

They ensure that clients understand and meet contractual requirements of their particular product. Additionally, coordinators consult with clients to ensure that decisions regarding hardware, architecture, etc. meet the requirements of our product and their resulting application. Coordinators also assist clients in a wide variety of areas such as data mapping, permissioning systems, and technical and network architecture while pulling in resources from other teams when needed.

The candidate must have the ability and willingness to travel. A background in market data or reference data and previous experience with large scale software implementations is ideal.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute an implementation plan for each assigned customer.

- Consult with clients to ensure that decisions regarding hardware, architecture, etc. will meet the requirements of our product and needs of their resulting application.
- Advise clients on best practices for the products.
- Assist clients in a wide variety of areas such as data mapping, permissioning systems, technical and network architecture, pulling in resources from other teams when needed.

Requirements:

- Strong Project Management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience interacting with external clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of market or reference data is a plus
- Experience with large-scale implementations is a plus
- Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networks is a plus
- An additional language other than English is advantageous
