We are currently seeking Telemarketing Executives for our Reading-based client. An outsourced sales and marketing company, they serve the IT sector by targeting large corporations in behalf of IT vendors. Based in Reading with good public transport links, the company have large open plan offices. Current language requirements include Dutch, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, French, Spanish, German and Hungarian(+ business level English).

In this telephone-based role, you will be generating leads by conducting research. You will be speaking to senior decision makers to identify potential opportunities. Working on a range of projects, you will engage IT professionals in conversation about selected products and offers, building a profile and entering accurate information on the database.

In order to be considered for this role, you should ideally be educated to degree level or be of equivalent calibre, with excellent listening skills and a good level of Excel and Word. You will ideally have experience in a telephone-based role, coming across as confident, articulate and professional. You must be able to communicate effectively with senior managers, while being able to deal with reception staff and other gatekeepers.

This role is a temp to perm position with a 3-6 month probationary period; therefore candidates must be able to commit to at least this length of time. You will be working within a dynamic team in a professional business environment. There are plenty of opportunities for career progression to roles such as project leader, account manager and account director.
