Our client a data collection agency with panel member contributors numbering in the tens of thousands globally. We need to provide reliable web-based communication to these users and keep them contributing to our work through sophisticated use of incentives. We are also interested in developing online business partnerships including link swaps and increasing our online revenue streams.

The ideal candidate will have a superior understanding of commercial web development and content management and be able to demonstrate skills in digital media marketing. We are looking for someone with skills in incentives negotiation and management, with strong web marketing chops. Someone who has developed online revenue streams, who can add value to the site for users through imagination and keen-eyed marketing. This position requires liaising with the graphic designer, web programmer, database manager and panel development director, so team-working skills are essential. Candidates with some programming skills will be given preference, as will those with some experience of the medical media industry.
