Based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire you will be working for an established
leading international research company. This role would suit a bright
candidate, of graduate calibre, who is considering a career as a
researcher/analyst and there is a definite career path! You will be
collecting qualitative and quantitive research via telephone surveys and via
face to face, assisting with the creation of research questionnaires,
recording accurately all collated data, some basic forcasting, contributing
to the construction of written reports and dealing with customer wnquiries.
Yo do this you will need to have some research or telephone based customer
service experience, be confident, ambitious with a desire to succeed, have
an enquiring mind, a thirst for knowledge, good admin and time management
skills and be a real team player! Your IT skills should include Word, Excel
and Powerpoint. If you have the above experience and fluency in French,
Italian, Chinese (with visa) or Eastern European languages, this would be a
plus!
