Pricing & Sales Analyst with French & Spanish

My client is one of the largest luxury goods companies in the world and owns many internationally recognised cosmetics brands.

THE ROLE

The role of Sales Support Analyst with French & Spanish encompasses both administrative support to the Area Sales Managers across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region as well as supporting the pricing function.

DUTIES

-regularly updating the field sales managers with sales figures and general information,
-producing and distributing detailed sales reports,
-organising itineraries, flights, accommodation and sales meetings,
-distribution of welcome backs and acting as a key point of contact between the field managers and office staff.
-maintaining pricing and customer margin databases,
-ongoing review of product profitability and cost of goods,
-detailed analysis of the impact of new goods on profit margins,
-maintaining customer files and bonus structures,
-managing administration for return products and analysis of competitive pricing structures and cross-border comparisons.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, with proven analytical, organisational and secretarial support skills. They will enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment and will interact well with contacts at all levels. Candidates must have excellent computer skills, be flexible, enjoy frequent telephone liaison, be able to work well under pressure, and speak French (preferably Spanish too) fluently.
