Based in Bedford,Bedfordshire, you will be working for a global company in their multilingual customer service team taking inbound calls from customers and medical personnel regarding women’s health products and sensitive issues regarding pregnancy, fertility, contraception in a helpful, calm, and empathetic way. The hours are 7am to 3pm . To do this you will need to be fluent in German and English with addititional fluency in either Dutch, French or Italian, have some office or customer service experience, be confident on the telephone, be a real team player with plenty of common sense and initiative and be IT literate
