Based near the A1/M in Peterborough, this is an immediate on-going temporary position that may go permanent. You would be working for an international company - this is a senior role within the multilingual customer service team.

You will be taking responsibility for customers in German speaking countries processing orders from new and existing clients, maintaining accurate records, preparing invoices and export documentation, dealing with customers problems and liaising with the sales team regarding leads, samples and brochures in addition to attending international exhibitions.

To do this you will have to be fluent in German and English, spoken and written, be of degree calibre with a minimum of 2 years office based customer service experience, have a professional and confident approach and be a real team player
